The movement of the 47th Khon Kaen University Student Organization Election has intensified when representatives from the Kalapruek group No. 1 and the Brick Blood group No. 2 led the team to reveal their vision and policies through the program "Around KKU" on FM 103 MHz radio station, Khon Kaen University on January 8, 2025. The Kalapruek group, led by Mr. Thanachot Khun-ngiew, the candidate for President of Welfare and Benefits, launched the concept of "The Infinity of Change", aiming to create limitless change, saying, "We focus on developing and expanding on activities from last year and confirm that our operations are in line with the university's main policies, especially those related to students," said Mr. Thanachot. อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร บุคลากร นักศึกษา และผู้มีจิตเลื่อมใสศรัทธา เข้าร่วมพิธีบวงสรวงเจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง ประจำปี 2567 ณ ศาลาธรรมสถานศาลเจ้าพ่อมอดินแดงมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น วันอังคารที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2567 ฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่าสัมพันธ์ ร่วมกับกองพัฒนานักศึกษาและศิษย์เก่าสัมพันธ์ จัดพิธีบวงสรวงเจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง ประจำปี 2567 โดยจุดเด่นในปีนี้ องค์การนักศึกษาได้นำนักศึกษา เกือบ 100 คน เดินขบวนวัฒนธรรมภายใต้แนวคิด “เพียงพร้อมน้อมสมมา สรวงสักการ์เจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง” จากอาคารองค์กรกิจกรรมนักศึกษาไปยังศาลาธรรมสถานศาลเจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง เพื่อร่วมประกอบพิธีอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เวลา 08.09 น. รศ.นพ.ชาญชัย พานทองวิริยะกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ประธานในพิธี ได้เปลี่ยนผ้าอังสะพระพุทธปัญญาเมตตาธรรม จุดธูปเทียนบูชาพระรัตนตรัยและเจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง ประธานในพิธียังได้ปักธูปหน้าโต๊ะเครื่องบวงสรวง และที่กระถางหน้าโต๊ะเครื่องไหว้บริวารพร้อมกล่าวคำบูชา พราหมณ์ได้นำบูชาเทพยดา อัญเชิญเทวดา อ่านโองการ รวมถึงนำบูชาสักการะและถวายเครื่องบวงสรวงแก่เจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง ประธานในพิธียังได้โปรยข้าวตอกดอกไม้ ลั่นฆ้องชัย 3 ลา คณะผู้บริหาร นักศึกษา และผู้ศรัทธา ร่วมปักธูปที่กระถางธูปบูชาเจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง จากนั้นนักศึกษาแขนงวิชานาฏศิลป์ สาขาวิชาศิลปะการแสดง ได้เริ่มรำบวงสรวงพร้อมกับการบรรเลงดนตรีไทย โดยนักศึกษาแขนงวิชาดนตรีไทย สาขาวิชาดุริยางคศิลป์ ต่อด้วยลั่นฆ้องชัย 3 ลา ดนตรีปี่พาทย์บรรเลงลาเครื่องบวงสรวง พราหมณ์เชิญเทพเทวากลับ

มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น บรรยากาศสุดคึกคักด้วยกิจกรรมแรก จูงแขนเจ้าเข้า มข. หนึ่งในหลายๆ กิจกรรมของโครงการต้อนรับนักศึกษาใหม่สู่รั้วสีอิฐ กาลพฤกษ์ช่อที่ 60 เริ่มต้นขึ้นแล้ว วันที่ 10 – 11 มิถุนายน 2566 วันเสาร์ที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2566 บรรยากาศภายในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เริ่มคึกคักตั้งแต่เช้า เมื่อคุณพ่อ คุณแม่ ผู้ปกครองและญาติ ๆ ต่างพากันมุ่งหน้าเข้าสู่รั้วสีอิฐ เพื่อมาส่งลูกหลานที่เป็นน้องใหม่ กาลพฤกษ์ช่อที่ 60 เข้าหอพักที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นจัดเตรียมไว้ให้ โดยมีพี่ ๆ นักศึกษาทุกคณะ ทุกระดับชั้น มาร่วมให้การต้อนรับที่ประตูทางเข้าทั้ง 2 ฝั่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นประตูฝั่งศาลเจ้าพ่อมอดินแดง และประตูทางเข้าฝั่งบึงสีฐาน โดยการแต่งกาย แต่งหน้า แฟนซี เต้นและร้องเพลงเพื่อเป็นการสร้างสีสัน สร้างรอยยิ้ม สร้างความอบอุ่น คลายความกังวลให้กับน้องใหม่ และผู้ปกครองที่มาส่งบุตรหลานตนเอง นอกจากนั้นพี่ๆ นักศึกษากลุ่มต่างๆ ที่มารอต้อนรับยังให้บริการสอบถามเส้นทาง และช่วยน้องๆ ขนข้าวของ เครื่องใช้เข้าสู่หอพัก สร้างความประทับใจให้กับผู้ปกครองเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งกิจกรรมแรก จูงแขนเจ้าเข้า มข. มีขึ้น 2
