Researchers are working hard to help community enterprises improve their production standards through the Talent Mobility mechanism, reducing inequality and leading to sustainability.
Yesterday (October 4, 64) at 09.00 hrs., Khon Kaen University Science Park, by the Industrial Cooperation Department, led by Ms. Pornchawarat Thanman, Department Manager, along with staff, visited Ban Fang Community Cooperative Limited to assess the sensory quality in the project “Development of sweetened condensed rice milk products from Chum Phae ruby rice” under the Pre-Talent Mobility project, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Wansiri Wansueabcheu as the project leader. The chairman and committee of Ban Fang Community Cooperative Limited tested and evaluated 3 formulas of sweetened condensed rice milk for researchers to develop and improve the formula of sweetened condensed rice milk products before commercial distribution. Then, at 13.00 hrs., they visited to give advice to Ms. Pairin Chanchit, Community Enterprise for Agricultural Career Promotion, Non Udom Subdistrict, Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province, on requesting permission for food production and storage locations and requesting permission for food products to obtain food registration numbers. The Science Park is responsible for searching for researchers and relevant experts and linking them to the issues or needs of community enterprise groups or to jointly develop the production process to meet standards. as well as further developing competitiveness.
