________From the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University and Sri Krawan Wittayakhom School, Krawan District, Khon Kaen Province, with the goal of jointly promoting the establishment of the To be Number One Youth Development Center (To be Inter Center or TIC), developing youth potential in language for students of the To be Number One Club, Sri Krawan Wittayakhom School and students in the TIC Center network in Krawan District and neighboring districts, along with developing youth potential in leadership of students under the Student Club of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. ________This time, it has led to cooperation with the Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering, To be Number One Leaders Development Center to the World, To be Inter Center (TIC), Office of the Alcohol-Free Organization Network (SCL), and Krawan Learning Center as One (KNOWA) to provide academic services, organize activities of “Agricultural Academic Services, Youth Skill Development Training with Community as a Base (TIC), Engineering for Society, and Creating Alcohol- and Cigarette-Free Values”, with Mr. Surachet Rooptom, Director of Sri Krawan Wittayakhom School and Director of the Center (TIC), presiding over the opening ceremony, Mr. Montree Prasertrungruang The Director of the Integrated Center for Kranuan is the reporter and Mr. Chettha Wongmanee, the project officer of the District to prevent new drinkers, Kranuan District, welcomed the participants.
