Khon Kaen University, by KKU Enterprise, organized the “KKU Enterprise Demo Day #1: Food and Non-Food Innovation Show Case” to present research and innovations ready for commercialization, connecting researchers with entrepreneurs. The aim is to organize the event every month to create opportunities and business cooperation. On April 2, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at Kalpruek 6 Room, 2nd floor, Sirikunakorn Building, Khon Kaen University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pensri Charoenwanich, a qualified person of KKU Enterprise Center, gave an opening speech and Asst. Prof. Dr. Anon Khamworn, Acting Director of the Center, gave a welcome speech and introduced the role of KKU Enterprise. Participants included researchers from various faculties within the university, entrepreneurs, business organizations led by the Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce, the Khon Kaen Provincial Industrial Council, and representatives of the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TCEB) in the upper and central northeastern regions. KKBS organizes a workshop “Khon Kaen Tourism in Digital Era” to join forces with the network to drive tourism in Khon Kaen Province in the digital era.

During August 21-22, 2024, the Asia Pacific Tourism Center (CAPTOUR), Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, organized the Khon Kaen Tourism in Digital Era: Networking, Strategic Planning and Academic Integration workshop at the Cheamkhwan Room, Bayasita Hotel, Khon Kaen Province. The workshop aimed to create a tourism network in Khon Kaen Province and drive tourism in Khon Kaen Province in the digital era. The participants were from educational institutions that teach tourism and services in Khon Kaen Province and interested persons from the private sector (Asst. Prof. Dr. Phongsutthi Phuensaen, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University). The workshop included a seminar on the topic of “Development of the Khon Kaen Tourism Industry in the Digital Era and the Strategic Plan for Tourism in Khon Kaen Province”, honored by the following distinguished speakers: Asst. KKBS hosts discussion with “8 Khon Kaen Economic Organizations” to jointly push the province to advance to the international level

On May 29, 2024, at Wang Lert Room, Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Pensri Charoenwanich, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, along with executives and personnel, welcomed executives and representatives from economic organizations of Khon Kaen Province to join the meeting of “8 Economic Organizations of Khon Kaen Province”, which is a discussion activity to connect the network of economic organizations in Khon Kaen Province, as well as to cope with the economic situation and jointly push Khon Kaen Province to advance to the international level. This time, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy acted as the host of the meeting. The Khon Kaen Provincial Economic Organization Meeting was established in July 2008 with the main mission of connecting good relationships between economic organizations in Khon Kaen Province and exchanging in-depth business and economic information between organizations, as well as driving, pushing, and developing the economy and other aspects of prosperity of Khon Kaen Province. The Khon Kaen Economic Organization Network consists of the Bank of Thailand, the Khon Kaen Provincial Industrial Council, the Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce, the Khon Kaen Provincial Tourism Industry Council, the Khon Kaen Provincial Bank Club, the Thai Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Association, Khon Kaen Province, the Khon Kaen University MBA Alumni Association, the Khon Kaen University Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, and the Khon Kaen University Faculty of Economics. The atmosphere of this meeting began with music by the Student Club of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy. Then there was a welcoming speech and opening of the meeting, along with the presentation of souvenirs and certificates of appreciation to the Khon Kaen Provincial Economic Organization Meeting Network by Associate Professor Dr. Pensri Charoenwanich, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy.

KKBS opens up opportunities for those interested to enter the path of becoming an actor in the film industry with Kaen Film Academy, Khon Kaen with the Acting for Film course, 1st generation, a full 45-hour training course, accepting only 30 people and having the opportunity to be an actor in the film "Phra Mai". The Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy, Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with agencies and networks such as the Department of Arts, Culture and Creative Economy, Khon Kaen University, Focus Arena Co., Ltd., Film Directors Association, Mitr Phol Co., Ltd., Ch. Thavee Co., Ltd. (Public Company Limited), Khon Kaen Film City, Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce, Khon Kaen City Development Company (KKT), Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, and Faculty of Architecture, Khon Kaen University, has established a film institute under the name "Kaen Film Academy" and launched the institute on August 26, 2022 to allow students to learn the performing arts correctly and develop creativity and acting skills for future careers. The institute is now accepting applications for the 1st generation Acting for Film course.
