Associate Professor Dr. Oratai Piayura won the prestigious award for “Women who have contributed to society and the country” on International Women’s Day 2025.
On March 8, 2025, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Oratai Piayura, Dean, and executives, attended the International Women’s Day 2025, organized under the theme “3 Decades of the Beijing Declaration: Opportunities and Challenges for Equality for Women and Girls”, organized by the Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Institute, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, at the Pakorn Angsusingh Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Department of Social Development and Welfare Building, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Bangkok. The event included an award ceremony to honor individuals who have played an important role in promoting gender equality and social development. Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, presided over the opening ceremony and presented plaques of honor to those honored.
