Assoc. There was suggestion to hold it online, but I think that we would not be able to meet in person; therefore, the event was postponed for some time. It is our pleasure to host this 6th learning and sharing tradition of KKU, CMU, and PSU today when the 3 universities are able to meet again.”
“From my experience, the learning and sharing of our 3 institutions made us learn a lot of things, especially in administration. Besides, the activities under the project also answer the key mission of nearly every organization, that is, Human Resource Development (HRD). The mission states that now, 10% of operations is from training, seminars, and sending staff to continue their studies; 20% is from learning from peers, for this will be more profound than listening to lectures. The rest 70% is from on the job training. Therefore, I think learning and sharing the direct experiences are very important. The activities include discussions of 8 topics from the 3 universities, by bringing the outstanding points of each place to share to others. We can next apply the results in our own context. The joining of the 3 institutions together in this event will certainly lead to social development in a broad circle, for the 3 universities are situated in the North, the Northeast, and the South,” said KKU President.
