October 6, 2020 at Maneethewa Room, 5th Floor, Bimala Kalakicha Building, Khon Kaen University – Asst. Prof. Dr. Kiat Saengarun, Director of Office of Academic Service and the staff welcomed Than Tech Bunnag, Chairman of the Ethics Committee of Khon Kaen University and Vice Chairman of Khon Kaen University Council to the 5th Roaming Meeting, 2020.
Than Tech Bunnag, Chairman of the Ethics Committee of Khon Kaen University and Vice Chairman of Khon Kaen University Council explained about the policy in KKU’s operation related to ethics: “Khon Kaen University sees the importance in observing ethics among the people working for Khon Kaen University. The work has begun since the fiscal year 2016 until today. The Ethics Committee emphasized the mission in enhancement and support of personnel in Khon Kaen University so that they all conform to the ethics stipulated by the university. The Committee also monitors and regulates the working mechanism related to ethics at organizational level. This meeting is held at Office of Academic Service, with the aims to listen, share, and learn about the problems and obstacles as well as the recommendations for the work related to ethics of Office of Academic Service.”
Director of Office of Academic Service then reported on the operations in ethics of the Office before all participants listened to the problems, obstacles and recommendations for the work related to ethics before Asst. Prof. Dr. Kiat Saengarun giving the token of appreciation to the KKU Ethics Committee members at the end.
