On 20 March 2025, the Faculty of Economics, Khon Kaen University (KKU), hosted discussions on potential collaborations with the University of Turin, Italy, and the University of Würzburg, Germany.
The meeting, attended by Assoc. Prof. Suthin Wianwiwat, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Prof. Federico Revelli from the University of Turin’s Department of Economics and Statistics Cognetti de Martiis, and Prof. Hans Fehr from the University of Würzburg’s Faculty of Management and Economics, focused on academic cooperation, student and faculty exchanges, and joint research initiatives.
Both universities expressed enthusiasm for collaboration, emphasizing the value of global engagement in economics education and research. The next steps involve formalizing agreements and outlining collaboration frameworks, strengthening KKU’s international ties and expanding opportunities for students and faculty.
