The first Thai receiving the 7th Woogene B&G Award from the Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Science

Prof. Monchai Duangchinda, Ph.D., from the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Khon Kaen University, just received the Woogene B&G Award from the Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Science, an honorary award for outstanding contribution to animal nutraceutical biotechnology, which is an evident award accepted internationally.

The award presentation was held at the opening session of the 20th AAAP 2024 hosted by the Animal Science Congress Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Production and Animal Science in Melbourne, Australia, on July 9, 2024.

Prof. Monchai Duangchinda, Ph.D., from the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Khon Kaen University, thanked Thailand Animal Science Association; Mr. Suthep Wongruen, President of Thailand Animal Science Association; Dr. Rapeepong Maniwiwat, and all of the association committee members who have given support and assistance; Prof. Metha Wannapat, Ph.D., who has always given moral support and appreciation towards Khon Kaen University’s  research administration in the field, and who has also congratulated and is proud of this award given to a Thai researcher. The award will be the motivation for research studies for the society in the future.
