Concretely promoting ethics, moral, and transparency in the operation

Khon Kaen University is aware of the problems of corruptions and indecent seeking of advantages, which are the important problems all sectors should cooperate. Thus, Khon Kaen University has stipulated the guidelines for the University officers under the Khon Kaen University Announcement No. 612/2567 on the Subject: No Gift Policy while in Duty, which bears the following particulars:

Khon Kaen University personnel and the family members refrain from receiving gifts and assets while in duty (No Gift Policy).

Khon Kaen University personnel and the family members shall not dishonestly seek benefits from calling for, receiving, or giving consent to receive asset or other benefits for oneself or others, which occur from the duty in the University.

Khon Kaen University personnel and the family members shall avoid receiving gifts, inducement, or other kinds of benefits, which are in the form of cash or non-cash, from any person who is a stakeholder of Khon Kaen University’s operations. The exceptional case is during the time of festivals or under a tradition, where the value of the gift should not exceed 3,000 baht. In an unavoidable case a staff member has to receive a gift or asset the value of which is over 3,000 baht, the receiver must report to the superior so that the matter shall proceed appropriately.
