December 29, 2021 – The Innovation and Enterprise Section of Khon Kaen University organized personnel training. Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthingviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University conveyed an opening address, while Prof. Thidarat Boonmars, Ph.D., Vice President for Innovation and Enterprise, made a reporting speech. The opening event was honored to have Khun Pornpapha Acharanukul, the Customer Experience and Marketing Director of the SCG Building Materials Co., Ltd. to give special talks on this occasion. The training was held at the Auditorium of Khon Kaen University Science Park with well over 100 attendants.
The training for personnel of the organizations under the Innovation and Enterprise Section featured two special talks on the topics: The secret to Successful Communication and You and Your Power by Khun Pornpapha Acharanukul, the Customer Experience and Marketing Director of the SCG Building Materials Co., Ltd. The objectives were to prepare the personnel in the working skills that are required for work efficiency and to train the personnel in the skills required by their customers, who can be researchers, students, entrepreneurs of private companies, and personnel from external organizations.
Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthingviriyakul, M.D., President of Khon Kaen University said, “Development of personnel is a very important agendum. I hope all of you pay attention to the training and bring the knowledge to improve yourselves and the organization for the progress of Khon Kaen University’s work in innovation and enterprise.”
Prof. Thidarat Boonmars, Ph.D., Vice President for Innovation and Enterprise added, “In this era of rapid changes, both the state and private sectors see the importance of human resource development. Personnel are the heart of any organization’s propulsion of work. Efficiency in human resource development and administration is an important issue that will enable personnel to do their job successfully and attain the target set by the respective organization.”
Khun Pornpapha Acharanukul, the Customer Experience and Marketing Director of the SCG Building Materials Co., Ltd., explained that her talks were on “The Secret to Successful Communication” and “You and Your Power”. The heart of communication is emotion and feeling, and efficient communication is the success that is conveyed through our feeling to make the listener understand.”
At the end of the event, there was a session of lots drawing for gifts from the Vice President for Innovation and Enterprises and administrators of the organizations affiliated to the Innovation and Enterprise Section. There were also entertainment activities organized by the Intellectual Property Center, Center for Technology and Innovation Administration, Center for Coordination of Royal Projects, the Natural Science Museum, the Science Park and Innohub. Besides, there was a session on assignment of policies for work achievement according to the 2022 OKR of the Innovation and Enterprise.
