July 20, 2021 at Rap Khwan Room, 2nd Floor, Bayasita Hotel, Khon Kaen University – Assoc. Prof. Pensri Charoenwanit, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy and the administrators of the Faculty welcomed the executives and representatives from Khon Kaen Economy Organizations. The Organization network comprises the National Bank of Thailand, Northeast Office; Khon Kaen Bank Association, Khon Kaen Industrial Council, Thailand Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Association, Khon Kaen, Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce, Khon Kaen Tourism Business Association, MBA Alumni Association, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy and the Faculty of Economics. The meeting was aimed at discussing relationship building among the network organizations, how to face the economic situation and how to propel Khon Kaen forward towards the national level. The Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy acted as the host of this meeting.
The meeting of Khon Kaen Economy Organization has been organized since July 2008. The principle missions are: 1. Strengthen the relationships among the economy organizations in Khon Kaen 2. Exchange in-depth information in business and economy 3. Propel and develop the economy and other growths in Khon Kaen. The network includes the National Bank of Thailand, Northeast Office; Khon Kaen Bank Association, Khon Kaen Industrial Council, Thailand Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Association, Khon Kaen, Khon Kaen Chamber of Commerce, Khon Kaen Tourism Business Association, MBA Alumni Association, the Faculty of Business Administration and Accountancy and the Faculty of Economics of Khon Kaen University. The meeting went on smoothly under the friendly atmosphere. Participants talked to one another and exchanged information and news. There were questions and answers about the problems and obstacles in the operation of each organization so that the suggestions can be used as the guidelines to propel the provincial economy. What was agreed was the organization network will hold on to making benefits and virtues to the public and Khon Kaen province.
