The implementation is under the new systematic approach that targets the construction of learning experiences and self-development, including both the ‘Up Skill’ and ‘Re-Skill’, for educators. The outcomes, which are in accordance with the requirements of the instructional designers and learners, are produced with the optimal usage of digital technology. In the system, learning will be unlimited, occur everywhere and at any time. The implementation will be between Khon Kaen University and the Southeast Asia Center for Lifelong Learning Ecosystem (SEAC). Programs that will be developed will open up a chance for learners to choose the content they want. The communication approach will be transformed to meet with the changes that happen nowadays. The approach matches the policy of Khon Kaen University that promotes all faculties to develop lifelong learning programs that are directed towards the working competency of people at the working age to meet the needs of the organization. One more goal is the collaboration among teachers to build a strong educational ecosystem for the nation.
